Delete Account
Last updated: September 14, 2026
You can request deletion of your Face Attendance account and associated personal data. The process depends on whether you are an employee or a company administrator.
Employee accounts are managed by your employer. To delete your account and workforce data:
- Contact your company HR department or manager.
- Ask them to remove your employee profile from Face Attendance (or deactivate your account if you are leaving the organization).
- Your employer can delete your profile, face enrollment images, attendance history, and related records from the admin dashboard.
After deletion by your employer, you will no longer be able to sign in to the employee app or portal with that account.
Company administrators who want to close a company account or delete their own admin login should contact platform support. Closing a company account may affect all employees under that organization.
- Export any reports or payroll data you need to keep.
- Remove or reassign active employees if required by your policy.
- Submit a deletion request with your company name and registered admin email.
What gets deleted
When an account is deleted, we aim to remove or anonymize:
- Profile information (name, email, employee ID, department, etc.)
- Face enrollment images and biometric consent records
- Attendance punches, summaries, and correction requests
- Leave balances, leave requests, and related HR data
- Documents and payslips stored in the employee portal
Some information may be retained where required by law, for billing, audit, or dispute resolution, or in aggregated form that does not identify you personally.
Processing time
Employee deletion requests are typically handled by your employer within a few business days. Platform-level admin or company closure requests are usually processed within 30 days of verification.
Before you delete
- Download payslips or documents you may need later.
- Resolve pending leave or attendance correction requests.
- Confirm with HR that payroll and compliance records are complete.
Support email is configured by your employer in platform settings. If you do not have a support address, please contact your company HR or IT team directly.
